Podunk Label presents multidisciplinary artist Sophie Barbasch's 2011 project and subsequent installation as a cassette edition of 200 hand dubbed copies. Barbasch solicited "goodnight voicemails" from men via Craigslist personals. The recordings bring to mind the limits and artifice of language as a method of communication, tropes and cliches of relationships, and "a society of loneliness".
